ለሁሉም የኢትዮጵያ የአካል ጉዳተኞች የበጎ አድራጎት ማህበር / ካፔድ / በሁሉም የልማት ዘርፎች ማለትም በማህበራዊ፣ በኢኮኖሚያዊና በልማታዊ ይሳተፉ ዘንድ አመቺ ሁኔታዎችን በመፍጠርና አስፈላጊ ቁሳቁሶችን በማሟላት ማለትም ቴክኖሎጂው ለነርሱ ተደራሽ እንድሆን በማድረግ፤ ተደራሽ አካባቢ በመፍጠርና በማመቻቸት የተለያዩ የሙያ ስልጠናዎችን እንድያገኙ በማድረግ እና በመሳሰሉት ያላቸውን አቅም ተጠቅመው ለአገራቸው እድገት የበኩላቸውን አስተዋፅዖ እንዲያበረክቱ ማድረግ ! 

                                         Mission

The Mission of CAEPD is to create favorable conditions for all persons with disabilities so that they can contribute to the development of their country using their potential whereby physical supporting materials & facilities like Wheelchairs, Crutches & Canes for accessible environments, Capacity developments, IGA /Income Generating Activities/, Trainings, Accessible Technologies and etc. that enable them to participate in and benefit from all Socioeconomic and Developmental Activities.

ለሁሉም የኢትዮጵያ የአካል ጉዳተኞች የበጎ አድራጎት ማህበር / ካፔድ / በሁሉም የልማት ዘርፎች ማለትም በማህበራዊ፣ በኢኮኖሚያዊና በልማታዊ እኩል ተሳታፊና ተጠቃሚ ሆነው ባላቸው አቅም ለአገራቸው እድገት የበኩላቸውን አስተዋፅኦ ሲያደርጉ ማየት !

            Vision 

The vision of CAEPD is to see all persons with disability contributing to the development of their country whereby fully participating, benefiting from all socioeconomic and developmental activities by fulfilling their potential.

1. ለሀገር ዕድገት የሁሉም ህብረተሰብ የጋራ አሰተዋፅኦ ወሳኝ መሆኑን እናምናለን ፣
2. አካል ጉዳተኞችን ማግለል ለሀገር እድገት መሰናክል በመሆኑ አጥብቀን እንፋለማለን ፣
3. በግንዛቤ እጥረት የሚፈጠሩ ክፍተቶችን ለመድፈን በርትተን እንሰራለን ፣
4. የአካል ጉዳት ከማንኛውም እንቅስቃሴ እንደማያግድ በተግባር ለማሳየት እንተጋለን ፣
5. በእኩልነት እናምናለን፣ ለጋራ ጥቅምም በጋራ እንሰራለን ፣
6. ተግባራችንን ከቴክኖሎጂ እድገት ጋር በማቀናጀት ለፈጣን ለውጥ እንተጋለን ፣
7. ስራን (ጥረትን) ወደ ውጤት መለወጥ፣ ውጤትን በስራ (በጥረት) ማምጣት መለያችን ነው፣
8. በአካል፣ በሐይማኖት፣ በዘር እና በፆታ እንዲሁም የአካል ጉዳተኝነት ልዩነት ሳይኖር (ሳንፈጥር) ሁሉንም ወገኖቻችን ጭምር በእኩልነት በማየትና በማስፈን ተግተን መስራታችን ያኮራናል፣

1. We believe that the contribution of all segments of the population is decisive for development!
2. We strongly fight against discrimination/exclusion of PWD hence it is a hindrance to development!
3. We work hard to narrow the gap created by a lack of understanding/awareness!
4. We strive to show practically that disability never hinders any activity!
5. We believe in equality and work together for mutual benefit!
6. We strive for transformation by linking our practices with technological change!
7. Changing efforts to success and bringing success by efforts is our difference!
8. We are proud of working for equality for all people without any physical, religious, sexual, or racial discrimination!
